The leadership skills classes are designed to help employees take their leadership skills to the next level. The information covered in the classes can help individuals become more effective leaders which can lead to improved performance for themselves as well as their teams. They are encouraged to take away concepts and strategies to implement that can have an impact on the ever-changing workforce.

If you are interested in participating or would like for your employees to participate in the Leadership Classes, please carefully read through the following information and click on the link below to access the Registration form for the class(es) in which you would like to enroll. Classes are limited to 25 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number (25) of participants, each company will be allowed 5 participants per class.

This training is offered at no cost to the individual or company. However, there is a $25.00 fee for each session (Session 1 is $50.00 for the 2-day session) to cover lunch and administration costs.

The session location is notated on the registration form. Sessions begin at 8:00 am and conclude at 4:00 pm. Pre-registration is required, and NO on-site registrations will be taken.

All participants must attend each session for the entire time and pass an online assessment to receive a certificate. Enrollment, attendance, and completion are tracked online via a learning management system (LMS). Therefore, an email must be provided by the participant that can be accessed and is dedicated to the individual. Participation is tracked through this unique email.

Participants are to bring a technology device (laptop, iPad, or phone that can access the internet) to complete the assessment and survey at the end of class. Certification tests are given after each class and result in an AIDT Leadership Skills certification.

Sessions do not have to be taken in sequence.
